Collective Agreement
What is a Collective Agreement?
A Collective Agreement is the written agreement between the Union and Employer that determines the rights and responsibilities regarding such items as seniority, leave of absences, hours of work, overtime, vacation, EDO procedures, wages, and grievance procedures.
